My family wants to get back to the lake... some advice, please?

well we are lake people too, but a few years back sold our ranch and we ended up buying another place we coulnt live without it. It brought us all closer cleaning it up and repairing little things. i would rather have our own place so we can go whenever we wanted to not when it was our turn like it would be in a time share.. but i say get back on the lake :)
