Im re-doing my room...HELP!?

Try a cream color with the red accent that you were thinking of and find some cute things to buy for your room. For instance, I have a mirror with a black metal frame around it and it looks very glamorous. A cute but clic looking light for your nightstand would add a sweet touch. If you want to amp it up a bit, you could always install a curtain rod behind your bed and hang a curtain or a fabric you like from it to make your room look cly.
