What is the name of an Irish movie that me cry with joy at the ending?

Ok, with my husband gone for a long time serving our country, recently I started to cry while feeding my baby and then he became visibly upset so as I looked at him I suddenly thought of a movie I once saw that brought me out of my black mood. It's an Irish movie about two grandparents about to lose their rented home on the mainland coast, but they are from a small island. They were once fisherman there and lived a traditional lifestyle. Their youngest grsndson as a baby drifted away in a small boat but the grandfather still believes he's alive. The two other children; a brother and sister go to the island with the intent of rebuilding the neglected homes and bring their grandparents back to the island. The movie ends with the little boy returning from the sea naked as all reinhabit the island, a storm comes but they are all happily reunited as the grandmother makes a hot soup out of seaweed. I cried with joy while watching this movie and would like to pucchase the DVD.
