What is acceptable seme behavior? What do uke think is y?

I am a seme (a real male seme, not a chick saying they are) and I don't know what's acceptable seme behavior. I mean, I love to dominate guys and be really protective and like a father figure, but I don't know where to draw the line. I mean, I don't want to end up like Dr. Muraki from Yami no Matsuei but I don't know how far I can go before I go too far. to give you an idea of what I'm like, I'm kind of a Conrad from Kyo Kara Maoh type of seme. any suggestions on what uke think is y?
