Democrats, what are your views of the US Constitution?

We have a constitution which has served this country well for 234+/- years. Do you think that it is now obsolete and that it should be scrapped and re-writen to better serve our current population and values? If so, show values should it represent? Do you still value and want to keep it as our founders intended?
