How do you mend a broken heart? How do you stop the rain from falling down? How do you stop sending her email?

She abruptly ended it after 2.5 years. In fact, she just announced she was going on vacation with another guy. Part of me says to move on, that I should not be with her, but another part wants to keep sending 'please reconsider' emails. How do I move on?
