Who should i start on my fantasy football team?

ok. i have a ton of rbs and i'm so unsure who i should start. its one spot the other is no doubt payton hillis. but my other rbs are: fred jackson vs min, steve jackson vs ari, bradshaw vs was, or forte vs det. right now im leaning towards forte cause in the past he's done well vs det. but jackson is playing 2nd to worst rushing defense and fred jackson has had 20+ points the past 3 weeks in my league. any suggestions??? and maybe a 1 and 2 pick if i free up a util spot.
