Should i cut my hair short?

i have long hair down to the bottom on my busts ,top of my rib cage and i'm so sick of it. i have side bangs it's up to my eye and angles down to my cheekbone i want to get a short hair cut about down to my neck maybe a little shorter like a long bob lol i have an oval-ish face bellow my nose like bottom of a heart i tried putting up a pic last time but didnt work pics please thank you :)
