Is it copyright infringement to sell fake jewelry in my boutique?

I got these jewelry from a factory overseas who "truly" does manufacturing work for department brand jewelry and designer jewelry. Which means that it's the designated design, craftsmanship, material and labeling as the original designer indicates, only it's without authorization. I'm thinking of selling these in my boutique, would it make it illegal to do so? (if I label them as fake?) Also would it be better if I take the logos and labels off of them?
