Is it possible to make a regular GPU and an integrated one work in conjunction w/ eachother? ?

i am building a gaming pc and i am wondering if it is possible to make my new 512 mb radeon hd3450 and my old crap integrated 128mb nvidia 6150 work in conjunction with eachother so i would have 640 mb of graphics. any answers would be a great help.
