If i wanted to learn PHP, where would I start.?

First off, don't bother answering unless you have actually learned it yourself. I downloaded WAMP and installed. But I'm not quite sure what to do next, I've also read tutorials on the syntax of PHP. Just not sure how to get started creating my own stuff.
