How much food will we need?

We are having a reception starting at 4:00 p.m. There will be 80 adults and 20 children. We are going to have hot roast beef sandwiches, meatball sandwiches, and sausage sandwiches. How much meat should we figure on before it is cooked? Also we were thinking of mac and cheese, any idea of how much we would need? Thank you
