How can I see if there are back taxes or contractor lein on a property?

I am looking to buy a house in Washington county PA, I need to find out if there are back taxes or a contractor lein on the property. I have googles for the past 2 hours and cannot find a place online to find this information. The courthouse is 45 min away and I am a single dad with a 7 month old son so it's pretty hard to find the time to get down there. Any help is much appreciated.
