Does Obama's getting the Nobel mean it's one less for someone more deserving?

Socialists mistakenly believe that $10 million given to a CEO is money out of the pockets of the poor - it's a cl envy mantra we hear more and more but isn't reality. But why doesn't it apply to BHO ?
